Upon the recommendation of the ICAC members, we conducted three surveys on the quality of our Production Centers, Authorized Suppliers and Data Center Partners. After analyzing the results of the survey, we have graded each Supplier based on the following criteria:

Pre Sales & Marketing Support- Product Coaching		Launch - Hosting Assistance
Pre Sales & Marketing Support- Technical Support on Estimates		Quality of Solution
Functional Requirements support		Quality Assurance Testing
Ongoing Support - Customer Services		Design Quality
Ongoing Support- Ongoing Fixes and Updates		Delivery on time for the solution
Ongoing Support- Backup Services		Project Management Services
